Mr. P. Seshadri is the Founder of Organisation Development Consultants, Hyderabad and is also a CMC - Certified Management Consultant (www.icmci.org)

His core competency includes building integrated management systems, implementing business excellence models and preparing organisations for CSR & Sustainability Reporting. He is also an assessor for business excellence models viz RBNQA , EFQM

The customer profile where he provided services include GMR Airport Development, SAMSUNG, GVK Biosciences, ITW Signode , Nagarjuna Group, Apollo Health street, TNS India , C3i, Raheja IT park, L&T Infocity, Triniti software, Tower Automotive, Gulf Oil Corporation, Pennar steels, Balmar Lawrie, Taj group of Hotels, ICICI Knowledge Park, TOSHIBA , Britannia Industries, BASIXs (Sub-K) etc. 

He is active member in professional bodies and presently the Immediate Past Chairman of IMCI (Institute of Management Consultants of India), Hyderabad Chapter and Current Chairman of ISTD – Indian Society for Training and Development. Leading these two renowned institutions has been a great satisfaction for him of contributing through services to members / industries.

He is also a Rotarian and President Elect for 2012-13 ( at Dist 3150 club)
